Do my members have to install an app?+
No, and it’s super simple: they get a link, upload their content in under two minutes and it’s saved straight into the album. All from their phone browser, with nothing to install.
What if someone doesn’t upload their part?+
You don’t have to chase anyone. You give us their WhatsApp or email and we remind them and gently keep nudging until they complete it. The album closes with whoever took part.
Does it arrive as a physical book?+
Yes. The physical album ships to Europe, the US, Mexico and Brazil. The digital album is always included and available everywhere else. Plus it’s automatic, so it’s perfect for anyone short on time.
Is it private?+
Yes. Only the people you invite can get in; the memories aren’t public and aren’t used for anything else.
When will it be ready?+
You choose how many days each member has to contribute; the album closes on the date you set or whenever you decide it’s done. The next day you have the digital album ready to give. The physical album depends on the shipping you pick, around 10 days.
